How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 14 days with everything unlocked. Pick the apps you want to keep before it ends. If you do nothing, you stay on the free plan (1 screen and 1 calendar) and nothing is charged.
What do I get for free?
One screen and one calendar, free forever, with AI slide design, all templates and themes, and scheduling. Paid apps are only needed when you want more.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. VirtuMotive runs on a Raspberry Pi or TV stick you already own. If you want something ready to plug in, pre-configured screens start at around $249.
How does the 20% bundle discount work?
If your subscription includes two or more apps, for example Signage and Calendars, 20% comes off the whole subscription automatically.
Can I change or cancel any time?
Yes. Add or remove apps, change how many screens you pay for, or cancel from your account's billing settings. Changes are prorated, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Can more than one person on my team manage the screens?
Yes. Invite team members by email and give them a role (Owner, Editor, or Viewer) to control what they can change.
