Do I need to buy the hardware separately?
Not necessarily. You can buy a pre-configured screen outright (ready to plug in, starting around $249), or choose hardware-included pricing at signup — a small one-time activation fee plus a modest monthly add-on, with no upfront device cost. Each physical screen needs its own device; one box can't drive multiple TVs.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can change plans or manage your subscription any time from your account's billing settings.
What's included in every plan?
AI slide generation, all templates and themes, and scheduling are included on every tier — plans differ by how many screens and team members are included, and how many AI generations you get per month.
Can more than one person on my team manage the screens?
Yes — you can invite team members by email and assign them a role (Owner, Editor, or Viewer) to control what they can change.
